"手関節部で電気剌激した時に生じる誘発筋音図波形と誘発筋電図波形の種々の特徴を比較した.その結果,誘発筋音図の遠位潜時は誘発筋電図の遠位潜時,頂点潜時,下降脚潜時とは無関係であった.また,誘発筋音図と誘発筋電図の持続時間も無関係であった.誘発筋音図は誘発筋電図と異なり運動閾値の2倍の電流強度で極大反応を示した.運動神経伝導検査に準じて手関節部と肘部で正中神経を電気剌激したが,誘発筋音図で算出した運動伝導速度と誘発筋電図で算出した伝導速度とは一致しなかった.誘発筋音図は誘発筋電図と異なり,装着するセンサはひとつで良い,周波数特性は低い,他,様々な特徴があり,今後,臨床応用や定量化がなされ,有効に活用されて行くことが期待される.",
