Professions","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_1_description_1":{"attribute_name":"ページ属性","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"P(論文)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"成人看護学実習における指導方法改善のための示唆を得るために，学生担当看護師の有無による学生の学びの違いをECTB評価スケールと質問紙により調査を行った．対象はＡ短期大学看護科の3年次に在籍し，2017年度開講した成人看護学実習Ⅰを履修した117名である．その結果，学生担当看護師の存在の有無により，ECTB評価スケールの得点に有意な差があったのは「記録指導に関する項目」であった．学生に自由記述で求めた「看護師からの指導により自分の成長に繋がったと感じた言葉，態度」では学生担当看護師の有無による違いがなく，「看護師からの指導により自分の成長に繋がらないと感じた言葉，態度」においては【学習意欲への刺激】の〈発言や記録に対する無関心にみえる指導〉のサブカテゴリのみ差があった．このことから，全実習部署に学生担当看護師を配置しその指導を効果的にするためには，その指導内容や役割に関して，さらに検討し改善する必要が示唆された．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_full_name_8":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"5470","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"SIMIZU,
