Professions","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_1_description_1":{"attribute_name":"ページ属性","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"P(論文)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では，精神看護学臨地実習中の看護学生の学習活動の現状を把握するために自己評価に着眼し，学生自身の行動評価を実習開始1週間後の中間評価と実習終了後の最終評価との変化からその特徴を明らかにした．医療系短期大学看護科3年課程に在籍する看護学生223名に対し，実習の経過，実習施設，看護学実習における学習活動を表す学習活動自己評価尺度―看護学実習用―からなるアンケート調査を実施した．結果，【経験したことや学んだことを活かしながら実習行動の達成を目ざす行動】【他の人の技術や態度から模範を見出し取り入れようとする行動】の側面が低く，学習者としての立場よりも援助者としてクライエントのもつ問題を解決しようと熱心に取り組んだり，他の立場の人と関係を作ったりする傾向に特徴が見られた．この結果から学生の他者から学ぶ意識を考慮し，経験を援助者の立場だけでなく学習者としての立場からも機会を活かせる教育の強化が示唆された．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_full_name_8":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"13154","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"KUSAKA,
