Professions","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_1_description_1":{"attribute_name":"ページ属性","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"P(論文)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では,看護学生の入学動機と自己教育力の関連を明らかにするために,自己教育力測定尺度を使用し,無記名による質問紙調査を行った.回答を得た中の375名(有効回答率95.4%)を分析した結果,短期大学への入学動機が本人の「希望であった」ものは279名(74.4%),「希望でなかった」ものは30名(8.0%),「どちらともいえない」ものは66名(17.6%)であった.入学動機の違いにより,自己教育力尺度「I成長・発展への志向」の側面及び「自己教育力総合得点」について有意差がみられた.質問項目では7項目に有意差がみられ,入学動機が「希望でなかった」学生は,「35私は,今の自分に満足している」等では特に低い傾向がみられた.また,看護職への志望がない学生が37名(10.6%)いる現状が明らかとなり,以上のことから,入学初期より学生に対する精神的ケアやサポートを行いながら,看護職や将来への動機づけを行う必要性が示唆された.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_full_name_8":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1270","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"MASUMOTO,
