Professions","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_1_description_1":{"attribute_name":"ページ属性","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"P(論文)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では,精神看護学臨地実習(精神看護学実習)におけるポートフォリオ導入の初段階として,実習記録の一部である振り返りシートの枠組みを作成し,臨床における学びや成長の中から看護学生がどのように患者との援助関係を展開しているのかを明らかにすることを目的として,精神看護学実習終了後に提出されたレポートの内容分析をBelelson.の内容分析の手法を参考に行った.その結果,看護学生は患者との援助関係を展開する上でアセスメント技術の獲得においては,8つのカテゴリと19のサブカテゴリがその視点として抽出され,≪信頼関係が築けるよう積極的かかわりをする≫ことをベースに7段階の看護の視点の拡がりを意味した.また,看護学生が患者に看護過程を展開する技術の獲得においては,10のカテゴリと29のサブカテゴリが抽出された.9つの一連のプロセスは,臨床での≪教員による指導や臨床側の判断を取り入れたり,カンファレンスを効果的に取り入れたりする≫という教育体制としてのサポートをベースとした看護過程に基づく部分的な介入を裏付けた.今後の教育上の課題としては,対人関係における自己理解,精神障害者の治療継続や社会復帰に向けての視点を強化する教育方法が示唆された.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_full_name_8":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"13154","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"KUSAKA,
