Professions","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_1_description_1":{"attribute_name":"ページ属性","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"P(論文)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"達成動機が高まった学生の実習過程とそれに伴う思いを明らかにするために,3年課程の看護学生を対象に,基礎看護学実習II前後に達成動機尺度を用いて達成動機を測定し,達成動機が上昇した学生に面接調査で得たデータにフローチャートを用いて分析した.その結果,(1)自らの疑問や課題への取り組みへの成功体験による看護師志望と学習意欲,(2)指導者の言葉による思考の促進,(3)自分自身の看護実践に対する客観的自己評価,(4)患者イメージ変化に伴う看護対象者への興味,(5)対人関係不安の消失により安心した中での優れた看護実践の学びによる看護観の変化,(6)未解決課題への前向きな解釈,の6要素があることが明らかになった.学生の達成動機を高める実習のために,学生の関心事と希望する学習方法の把握,実践に対する学生の客観的分析と課題の認識,学生・患者・看護師との人間関係と阻害因子の有無に留意して指導する要性が示唆された.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_full_name_8":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1150","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"OKADA,
