Professions","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_1_description_1":{"attribute_name":"ページ属性","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"P(論文)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"看護師のキャリア発達において,自らの職業とどう取り組むかという職業的アイデンティティの獲得は重要であり,学生時代からの支援の必要性が指摘されている.今回看護学生の職業的アイデンティティについて尺度を用いて測定し,その経年的変化を項目毎にとらえることにより,教育的支援を検討した.その結果,技術の向上と知識の習得の動機が,「憧れ],「学習の困難感」,「よい看護を提供するため]など学年毎に達うことがわかった.そこで,職業的アイデンティティを獲得するためには,それぞれの時期にあった指導を行うこと,看護学臨地実習において承認を繰り返し行い学生自身が適切な看護が提供できている自分を認識できるように支援すること,また学生がアイデンティティの揺らぎを体験している時はそのことに向き合えるよう個別の支援を行うことなどが考えられた.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_full_name_8":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"716","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"KOYABU,
